Hall and Partners’ Social Value Statement 2025 – 2026

Hall and Partners sets Social Value targets, and the following are our achievements in the last Financial Year 2025 -2026.

Hall and Partners recognises that cyber security is a significant issue faced by many businesses following recent high-profile incidents affecting organisations such as Marks and Spencer and the Co-operative Group. We arranged Cyber Security Training delivered by the North East Regional Organised Crime Unit covering the cyber threat landscape in the North East and practical steps to reduce the cyber security risk.

Hall and Partners staff have embraced the use of electric vehicles, with a third of staff commuting using electric or plug-in hybrid vehicles.

We encourage our staff to be fit and healthy and this year, set them the challenge of walking 5 million steps in the month of October 2025 to support wellbeing and raise money for the Children’s Heart Unit Fund (CHUF). Our staff exceeded the target, recording over 5.25 million steps, which is more than 8,500 steps per day per person.

We have three members of staff who actively volunteer for local sports clubs which aligns with our Health and Wellbeing aspirations. Hall and Partners allows flexibility to attend and supports their efforts.

We have provided £530 of charity contributions this Financial Year to both CHUF and Save the Children. We chose the Children’s Heart Unit Fund (CHUF) in Gateshead as our principal charity, to support one of our colleagues, whose daughter has congenital heart disease and has received fantastic support and care from the charity.

We are committed to reducing our carbon footprint and operating in a more sustainable way. This year we have made great strides in reducing our carbon emissions, which have reduced by 22.6%, equating to a reduction of 21.70tCO2e.
