Hall and Partners is committed to meeting Social Value targets and the following statement records our achievements in the Financial Year 2024-25.
Volunteering
We have two members of staff who are volunteer coaches for New Fordley Juniors U12 football team based in Dudley and Whitley Bay and Tynemouth Hockey Club Juniors. Hall and Partners provides flexible working to allow staff to leave early to attend coaching sessions.
Charity Fundraising
We have provided £590 of Charity Fundraising this Financial Year. This includes staff sponsorship for the Great North Run in support of Mencap and a Staff Charity Bake Off competition with contributions from staff and the winner choosing the charity: Prostate Cancer UK, with a total that was match funded by Hall and Partners.
Our largest charity contribution was to the Woodland Trust, the UK’s largest woodland conservation charity, as this aligns with Hall and Partners’ Sustainability objectives.
Training & Development
Hall and Partners provides training and development opportunities to its staff and this included a Equality, Diversity & Inclusion session by an external provider, which all staff attended.
Community Partnerships
We have built a relationship with the local charity: Recyke Y’Bike who specialise in refurbishing donated bikes. We provided a ‘Pro-bono’ estimate to assist them in a funding bid to refurbish and develop their existing facility.
Sustainability
In the last year, all of our Staff Company Cars have been changed from petrol to ‘plug-in’ hybrid models reducing our carbon footprint.
Health & Wellbeing
We encourage our staff to be fit and healthy and three members of staff completed the Great North Run.
