Employer’s Agent / Contract Administrator
As Employer’s Agent/Contract Administrator, we act on behalf of our Clients to administer contracts during the construction phase. This role is generally recognised as a Post Contract Service which includes: agreeing variations, issuing instructions, certifying payments and issuing all notices. However, we may also carry out other tasks during the Pre-Contract Stage of a project, such as: managing Client/design team/project meetings, tendering/procurement, appointing of design consultants and collating contract documents for execution
